Quality Service is our guarantee!!!
We are not just an average water cleanup restoration company. We also deliver superb contracting services with 18 years in the home restoration business and can obtain building permits for the rebuild of your property. Most water restoration companies are not legally permitted or capable to rebuild the property after a water damage loss – for example, they can simply dry the structure and clean the carpets.
HELP Ltd. Restoration will handle your entire claim from eliminating the water source, to replacing studs, drywall, and trim to re-laying hardwood floor to finishing the final coat of paint.
- We have built and rebuilt over 25+ million dollar properties and completed many other smaller projects. We look forward to working with you.
RESTORATION EQUIPMENT: HELP Ltd. uses state-of-the-art water cleanup restoration equipment from Pheonix and Drieaz. Our equipment is kept in like new condition and is cleaned between jobs to ensure there is no cross-contamination. Our dehumidifiers, air movers, and air scrubbers are the most energy-efficient equipment available.
RESTORATION TECHNIQUES: HELP Ltd. technicians are IICRC certified in water cleanup restoration and we always attempt to restore water damages with minimally invasive techniques. The less material we need to remove the faster your home can be restored. We may utilize drying techniques of using dry heat where necessary, helping to decrease the Relative Humidity.
COMPLETION OF RESTORATION: Addressing water damage immediately is our primary concern. The quicker our technicians address the water damage the faster the water restoration process can be completed. When water has time to absorb into the materials, microbes begin to grow and the water damage can change from a Class1 (Clean Water) to a Class 2 (Grey Water) or a Class 3 (Black Water) very rapidly. This can result in microbial (mold) growth which can be potentially harmful to humans and pets.
PERSONAL PROPERTY: For the preservation of your personal property, we will ask you to remove any items or contents that don’t need to be in the area of restoration. Items include firearms, ammunition, jewelry, valuables, heirlooms, and items of sentimental values.
INSURANCE COMPANIES: We may be referred by insurance companies or agents, but we are not the insurance company. We’re here to take care of you and assist the insurance adjuster in scoping the loss. Our job is to prevent further water damage, to preserve your property, and to restore damaged property to its prior condition.
WHAT CAN BE RESTORED: Determining what can be saved depends on the material that was water damaged, and how long it has been wet. We monitor the drying process until drying is complete. A scope of services will be provided.
HEALTH AND SAFETY: Your health and safety is of great concern to us. We use the most eco-friendly sanitizers and disinfectants available on the market. We will provide you with a full disclosure of the products that we use for water cleanup restoration. We respect your property and will always provide you with the option to opt-out from us applying sanitizers and disinfectants in you home.
NO PUNCH-LIST PHILOSOPHY: This means that when we leave, the job will be completed. There will not be a “punch-list” of projects that still need to be completed and ultimately, you will be satisfied when we’re finished.
Effects Of Water Damage Can Be Hidden
The majority of water damage occurs to materials not easily visible.
Water removal is our main concern and addressing what is happening behind the scenes. We’re concerned about water damage and water removal behind the walls, ceilings, cabinetry, or water cleanup under the hardwood flooring or carpet.
Superficial moisture is just the tip of the iceberg for water cleanup restoration.
Our concern is about further water cleanup and mold removal and growth in walls, attics, under floor systems and crawl spaces. We use the most up-to-date professional water removal restoration equipment in the industry in combination with our 18+ years experience to address these concerns and put your property back in order.
Specialized Equipment
- Navigator Pro Moisture Meters: Our specialized water removal equipment can literally see through walls and determine if there is water damage present, we determine moisture content without becoming invasive to the house. Several water removal restoration techniques can be used to address the water damage and mold removal.
- Phoenix Air Movers: Water Cleanup is just the tip of the iceberg for water restoration. Drying is altogether another step in the process of water cleanup mitigation. Phoenix Air Movers will deliver air movement across specific surfaces to promote wicking of moisture from cabinetry, wood, wet carpet, flooring, drywall, and wet insulation. These specialized air movers can be set up to drywall cavities without cutting the drywall open. This is done by removal of the baseboard and drilling a series of holes in the drywall above the 2×4 bottom plate and inserting a specialized attachments called InterAir Drying System from Drieaz.
- Dri Eaz Dehumidifiers: Our Dehumidifiers can pull 70-180 pints of water out of the air in a 24 hour period THAT’S 23 GALLONS A DAY! These workhorses if used correctly, effectively dry a flooded basement in 3 days. It is important to dry a structure rapidly from water damage, but if drying occurs too rapidly the flooring and other trim may crack or shift. Drying of a structure must be closely monitored.
Insurance coverage is as equally important to your loss as the cleanup. Because if you have no coverage or limited coverage on your water loss you may be the one hanging out to dry.
The majority of flooded basements occur from “wear and tear” to broken pipes…

Basement Flooding Occurs for Many Different Reasons
Since Broke pipes are the main reason for a basement flood, we will deploy an emergency plumber for the repair. Insurance Coverage for plumbing is not always covered and we will need to facilitate communication to the insurance adjuster to ensure that you (the Property Owner) are covered for as much of the water damage as possible.
Frozen Pipes
Frozen pipes are another leading reason for a flooded basement. Locating the pipe may not always be obvious, we’ve seen that a pipe from the main floor or 2nd floor will burst and water will flow down the wall cavities to land in the basement.
The temperatures don’t have to dip much below 32 degrees to cause a copper or PEX pipe to burst. We need to stop the flow of water immediately either in the house or at the city water main.
Sewer Backup
This is the absolute worst type of water damage to enter your structure.
Sewer Backups immediately fall into a Category 3 water loss.
There are many scenerios as to why a Sewer Backup occurs.
- Tree Root Breaks the Main Sewer Line (On-Premises)
- Backup from Main Sewer Line (Off-Premises)
- Toilet Overflow (On Premises)
- Vanity Overflow (On Premises)
- City Sewer Cleaning (Off Premises)
Insurance coverage for a On-Premises or Off-Premises Sewer Backup is another area of contention with most property insurance policies. We will proceed cautiously (for your benefit) when it comes to sewer backup claims.
Sump Pump Overflow
A power outage can cause your sump pump to stop working resulting in a basement flood. The sump pump may have also become dislodged and burned out causing a faulure the went unnoticed till it was too late. Either way your have Water in Your Basement!!!
This is another area of special concern with actual insurance policy and how coverage applies.

Ice-dams on roofs are pretty on the roofs lines UNTIL…
it starts coming into the house.

So What Causes An Ice Dam?
Ice dams form when snow freezes at the roof edge. People who has live in cold climates are familiar with ice dams. Ice dams have a sparkling beauty along roof lines. However, these beautiful roof lines will cause tremendous amount most of damage to our homes. A common misconception is that gutters cause ice damming. The truth is that ice dams will form on the colder eve edge regardless of gutters being present.
Three things must occur for an ice dam to form:
- snow
- more snow to melt the underlying snow
- cold nights to refreeze the melted snow
Ice Damming goes generally un-noticed until its too late, and the damage inside the house is noticed.
Ice dams can form with 1 or 2 inches of snow accumulating on a roof. Poorly insulated attics with little or no ventilation stay warm during the winter and melt the underlaying snow is the leading cause of ice damming on shingles.
Ice dams cause millions of dollars of damage every year.
As water backs up the roof from the eves edge there is actually enough pressure, from the melting snow to lift the shingles to allow water to flow down the underside of the roof sheathing. Once the water finds a nail hole it finds its way into your home.
It’s pretty easy to understand that water leaking into your house is not a good idea.
Damage to the interior of a property is literally written on the walls.
- Water-stained ceilings
- Damaged roof shingles
- Sagging gutters
- Paint peeling and bubbling
- Plaster and Drywall Damage
- Kitchen Cabinets Damaged
- Wet Carpet
- “Crowned” Wood Flooring
- The List Goes On and On
